Judit Nagy
Embodiment teacher
(Realization Process Healing Ground)
I'm Judit from Hungary. In 2011, at age 19, I met Tibetan Buddhism where I was introduced to the concepts of true refuge, the preciousness of human life and the privilege to meditate for the benefit of all.
Since then I've been on a journey exploring various spiritual systems and healing modalities. I'm also inspired by the possibilities of peer exchange.
I've been involved with the Realization Process since 2020. For me it unites many aspects dear to my heart: the space, the body, emotional healing, individuation, Earth connection and so much more to be uncovered.
More details about my explorations and challenges so far :
3,5 years of Tibetan Buddhist (Diamond Way, Ole Nydahl, 16th Karmapa) meditation
1 year living in a Camphill Community (Karl König, Rudolf Steiner) in Finland with people with special needs
2 years of 12-step program
recovery (under/overeating & OCD)
2 years (270 hours) of group Psychodrama (Moreno)
1,5 years of group Family
Constellations (Hellinger)
100-hour training of active
listening (Carl Rogers, Thomas Gordon)
2 years of The Work of Byron Katie (Thor Abel Thomsson)
6 months of daily nervous system/body relaxation practices with Lynn Fraser
2
years of embodiment practices
with Andrea Oravecz including a professional training (basics of Somatic
Experiencing, Feldenkrais, Kiloby Inquiries, working with sensations,
Byron Katie Work etc.)
4 months of aikido
Applying elements of József Országh's Eautarcie system (water independence)
From 2014, 10+ years of online dyad (partner) work with several practice partners, using the methods/modalities mentioned above. In dyads, the sharing partner guides themselves in their process while the listening partner simply listens and holds space without interruption. This supports the sharing partner to feel safe and to deeply attune and connect to themselves.
Looking forward to connecting, learning and healing,
Judit
